For pickup or home delivery, you can confirm with a 50% deposit. Remaining amount is to be paid on the day of pickup/delivery.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once materials are purchased, and are not eligible for return or refund.

Once completed, we post orders in batches (Wednesday & Saturday).

Delivery: Done by someone close to Sakurah. We take full responsibility. Timings may vary depending on their schedule, discussed via WhatsApp.
