Sometimes, the most beautiful ideas are born from a simple message. A lovely client reached out: she was leaving her workplace and wanted a small, heartfelt gift for her colleagues. We discussed her purpose and budget, I proposed a few options, and she chose something I had never offered before — a handmade zip pouch. She trusted me from start to finish, even though it was my first time making them.
